Act as the main point of contact for Technical Product Owners (TPO) on business applications, products, or client requests
Help develop and implement business/technical requirements from concept to launch and oversee projects
Influence technical design decisions and provide technical support
Work with business sponsors, TPO, and System Engineering teams to define business requirements for new and updated applications, products, or client requests
Stay current with new technical tools and methods to support business needs in the digital BPO space
Use Express Scripts project tools and methodologies to drive business applications, products, or client requests
Attend key meetings, ceremonies, and release planning to ensure successful adoption through training or documentation
Regularly communicate progress and updates to stakeholders
Prioritize and manage workload to meet project deadlines
Requirements
A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
5+ years of relevant experience with program management or as a product owner preferred
Knowledge of agile methodology required
Proficiency in Jira preferred
General knowledge of Pathfinder and Polaris required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred
Knowledge of how to create a process map preferred
Strong business, technical, and financial acumen preferred
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment preferred
Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation, presentation, and organization skills required
Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational capabilities preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in an ambiguous environment preferred
