Salesforce Consultant

Role Overview

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities with the external Salesforce implementation vendor.
• Review, validate, and approve business requirements, system designs, and development deliverables.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure adequate testing coverage, and track issue resolution through to closure.
• Configure and administer Salesforce components, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access controls in line with security policies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business and executive decision-making.
• Ensure seamless integration with CarPro, Genesys, MuleSoft, and Data Warehouse platforms.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users to drive adoption and effective usage.
• Enforce Salesforce security standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements.
• Act as the primary internal subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce operations, enhancements, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, or consulting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, user management, automation, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Proven ability to coordinate with vendors and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation capabilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
