Requirements
3 to 5+ years of experience in a personal lines pricing role, with a background in motor pricing being advantageous.
A track record of managing personal lines pricing strategies, with a creative mindset and willingness to challenge traditional pricing methods.
Strong analytical and technical skills; proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent is required, with experience of model building.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and influence key decision-makers.
Ability to balance commercial objectives with pricing integrity and maintain a high level of analytical rigor.
Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members, fostering collaboration within the team.
