Plan, create, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Analyze performance metrics and generate strategic insights for clients and the internal team
Manage media budgets and recommend investment adjustments

At least 2 years of experience in paid traffic (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
Strong analytical skills and command of performance metrics

Intermediate English proficiency
Experience running campaigns in insurance, health plans, or other highly competitive verticals
Knowledge of CRO and conversion funnels
