Responsible for direct sales in the Thuringia and Middle East territories to achieve agreed AOP targets
Build strong, ethical business relationships with customers
Lead and coordinate sales activities with various stakeholders
Support and advise surgeons and operating room staff
Present, train on, and sell products and services
Prepare presentations, quotations, and purchase agreements
Collaborate with local marketing to implement national marketing objectives
Use account-planning tools to develop and execute account strategies

Proven sales experience
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Business-level German and good to very good English skills
Valid driver's license
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
Experience selling products for cardiac surgery/cardiology or in a related field
