Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and Salesforce architect to document business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce and other third-party business systems, including Kinective’s PSA tool and marketing automation tool
Customize Salesforce and other applications by configuring workflows, process automation, user interfaces and data models
Ensure data quality, perform deduplication, and oversee data migrations
Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including business process workflows, data flow diagrams, solution architecture and release notes
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and licenses
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems
Adhere to university policies, industry best practices, and compliance standards for Salesforce and other systems administration
Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, CPQ, and expertise in key Salesforce architectural concepts
Experience with marketing automation and PSA tools. Specific experience with HubSpot and Certinia a plus
Proficiency in flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user management
Experience with Agile project management framework
Preference for experience in the banking and financial institution industry in a B2B SaaS environment
