Role Overview
- Incoming support for suppliers and partners (phone, email, and conference calls)
- Operational and administrative support to the finance department
- Creating, maintaining, and managing spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Payment control and entry (boletos and bank transfers)
- Review and verification of fiscal/tax documents and contracts
- Bank reconciliation
- Organization and monitoring of financial deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in finance, with a focus on accounts payable
- Experience servicing suppliers and/or clients
- Numeracy skills (proficiency in calculations)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
