Role Overview
- Provide service support via phone to brokerage clients
- Assist clients with investment forms and fund transfers
- Conduct outbound client calls for follow-up
- Research account records to resolve inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations
- Act as a client advocate while balancing risk
Requirements
- Hold FINRA Series 7 & Series 63 or 66
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications
- Proficient using Microsoft Office software products
- 2+ years of call center or high-volume work experience
- Experience with brokerage and digital applications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
