The Independent Contractor BCBA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical oversight for assigned clients in accordance with BACB ethical standards, California regulations, and payer requirements.
Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support direct service staff
Ensure fidelity of ABA interventions
Monitor client progress and modify treatment as needed
Maintain ethical and professional standards per the BACB
Ensure compliance with California funding and documentation requirements
Projects and cases assigned by Regional Clinical Director
Requirements
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Active eligibility to practice in the State of California
Experience providing ABA services in home, school, or community settings
Knowledge of Regional Center, insurance, or Medi-Cal ABA requirements preferred
Reliable transportation for field-based services
