Supports end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
Focus on optimizing planning workflows, ensuring data integrity, and driving system enhancements within SAP IBP.
Independently elicit, analyze, and document business requirements;
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope.
Own documentation for assigned projects;
Coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions;
Configure platform modules to meet business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business and IT;
Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
Identify and resolve complex platform-related issues; providing timely support to users.
Manage enhancements and bug fixes;
Mentor other team members as needed.
