4+ years of front-end development experience, with deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred).
Experience with Svelte is a MUST
HTML/CSS Mastery: Strong understanding of semantic HTML, CSS3, and pre-processors (SASS/LESS), with a focus on accessibility standards (WCAG).
Agile Experience: 1 to 3 years experience with scrum/agile development methodologies, capable of working in 2-week sprints.
