Role Overview
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Assist in maintaining customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and document preparation.
Support the management team in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or similar tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for remote work.
