Review the documentation necessary to carry out the mandate;
Gather, analyze, and document client requirements;
Collaborate with the business architect and the IT team in developing the solution;
Present proposed solutions, explain their impacts, and validate them with users;
Draft meeting minutes;
Communicate decisions made to the IT team;
Validate solution-related documentation;
Ensure the development team respects user orientations and requirements;
Escalate issues to higher levels;
Develop business processes to represent implemented solutions in compliance with the BPMN 2.0 standard;
Facilitate meetings and workshops and deliver presentations;
Review targeted deliverables to obtain a detailed view of the test and implementation strategies established during detailed architecture, and to identify project-related issues;
Write test plans and execute tests;
Contribute to the development of the test plan strategy;
Ensure test cases are inventoried according to the Gautiq schedule timeline;
Support the Director, IT Solutions and the Director, Business Solutions in monitoring the application of project operational management mechanisms (progress reviews, decision register, issues and pending items register, change request register, deliverables register, etc.);
Ensure the availability of required test environments/cells;
Coordinate acceptance testing in an Agile context;
Track acceptance tests, manage issues encountered, and produce periodic status reports;
Produce the test plan strategy for acceptance testing;
Ensure follow-up on anomalies occurring during testing;
Coordinate execution of processing chains supporting test cases;
Prepare test summary reports;
Liaise with the various user stakeholders involved in the project;
Participate in solution implementation activities, test follow-up meetings, and various committees;
Develop training materials and documentation;
Develop or contribute to the development of work instructions;
Any other responsibilities commensurate with this level of intervention.
Requirements
Hold a university undergraduate degree (bachelor’s) in business administration, information technology, management, or another relevant field.
Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Have completed, as a Business Analyst, at least one (1) assignment of at least 105 person-days within a project of at least 2,500 person-days.
