About this role
Role Overview
Participate in the analysis, support the implementation, development and operational evolution of information systems.
Serve as the liaison between business unit needs and technological solutions.
Act as a partner to various client stakeholders to translate their needs.
Contribute to the strategic planning of information systems.
Collaborate in defining project directions and business objectives.
Document project scope, objectives, value proposition and expected benefits.
Produce deliverables related to the preparation of the business case.
Contribute to the design, execution and oversight of comprehensive test plans.
Produce deliverables related to solution configuration and deployment strategy.
Support users during solution implementation.
Assess change management needs and collaborate in designing, planning and executing the change management plan.
Contribute to the development of the business analysis practice within the Agency.
Requirements
University degree in business administration, computer science or another relevant field.
Professional certification (e.g., CBAP from IIBA) or a diploma in business analysis is an asset.
Required experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, specifically in process analysis and modeling, and in facilitating sessions or workshops for gathering business requirements or reviewing business processes.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT.
Required skills:
Eliciting requirements from internal and external clients: listen to clients, formulate and clarify their needs.
Ability to produce written documentation in French.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to understand, systematize and explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to organize and facilitate working groups.
Business process modeling using BPMN 2.0 (Visio).
Time and priority management.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Bilingualism (oral and written).
Required knowledge:
Familiarity with a recognized methodology for producing business analysis deliverables.
Mastery of techniques for analyzing client and business needs.
Methods for analyzing organizational processes.
Communication techniques.
