- Respond to emails from clients and internal sales team members in a timely, professional manner
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist in preparing sales quotes and proposals (training provided)
- Learn and maintain accuracy in company systems and sales tools
- Track requests, follow-ups, and next steps to support deal flow
- Communicate clearly and proactively to keep the sales process moving
