About this role
Role Overview
Define and govern CRM architecture, data model, and automation at an enterprise level
Primary architect and owner of HubSpot configuration, aligning the platform with the customer journey
Establish CRM best practices and data standards that scale with a high-volume, fast-paced sales organization
Develop and execute a technical roadmap for workload management
Optimize internal processes to improve the end-client experience
Build and maintain sophisticated automation using advanced HubSpot features
Create and own a system for issue management for HubSpot-related issues
Lead the technical integration between HubSpot and the broader tech stack
Maintain data integrity and performance for executive decision-making
Generate and interpret dashboards and reports to track performance and provide insights
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on administration of HubSpot
Expert-level command of Custom Objects, Advanced Workflows, and Operations Hub
Proven experience designing and scaling CRM architecture for high-volume B2B sales organizations (50+ users)
Proficient in APIs, Webhooks, and middleware (Zapier/Make) to integrate HubSpot with Data Warehouses and ERPs
Ability to translate executive goals into technical roadmaps while maintaining rigorous data governance
A 'player-coach' who thrives on building the infrastructure themselves, not just managing the output of others
Preferred: Experience implementing tools like Clay to automate outbound and operational efficiency
Preferred: Quantitative degree or equivalent; ability to use data to drive resource allocation
Preferred: Experience managing CRM architecture across multi-region or global environments
Preferred: Prior experience in RevOps roles spanning Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
