10+ years of technical hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications
Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams
Practical experience with requirements analysis and documentation (Jira)
System design, API integration (SOAP/REST)
Cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
Version control (GitHub), Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong commitment to quality, documentation, and engineering excellence
Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery
5+ years of experience with direct people management
Brokerage experience and familiarity with Trading capabilities strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
