Build, manage, and elevate strong relationships with distribution partners
Influence, motivate, and guide distributor sales agents to execute strategic priorities
Assess partner capabilities, identify performance gaps, and implement development plans
Drive sales through and with partners by providing strategic direction and sales enablement
Develop deep expertise in the ultrasound product portfolio and customer segments
Partner closely with marketing, product management, service, and finance teams

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience sales)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
