Develop and execute DANA’s integrated communications strategy across corporate, social, internal, and partnership communications to enhance brand’s trust and reputation
Oversee all communication activities, including corporate communications, social communications, community building, internal communications, and strategic partnership functions
Act as senior communications advisor to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Lead corporate narrative development, positioning DANA as a trusted and innovative fintech leader
Manage reputation monitoring, issue management, and crisis communications planning and execution
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, key opinion leaders, stakeholders, and partners
Set strategy for DANA’s social media communications — ensuring tone, consistency, and community engagement
Lead communications support for strategic partnerships and community building initiatives
Build and execute internal comms strategy to strengthen employee engagement and alignment with company mission, business priorities and company culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
10-15 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in the FinTech or technology industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Highly experienced in conventional media and social media crisis and issue management
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
