Receive, organize and prioritize communication and content requests, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives;
Assign tasks across teams (copywriting, design, media and account management), ensuring clarity of direction and deadlines;
Review deliverables before publication, ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to institutional guidelines;
Act as the central point for organizing requests, promoting operational efficiency and communication between departments;
Plan and execute social media strategies focused on growth, engagement and strengthening the institutional brand;
Translate data and metrics into practical insights, proposing real-time strategic adjustments;
Coordinate and review editorial calendars and content plans together with copywriting, design and account teams;
Conduct benchmarking and monitor trends and the digital market;
Ensure coherence between institutional messaging and platform-specific tones;
Track the performance of posts and campaigns using tools such as MLabs, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and others;
Prepare performance reports and present results clearly and strategically;
Contribute ideas for special initiatives, themed campaigns and innovative content formats (reels, short videos, stories, live streams, etc.)

Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related fields;
Solid experience in social media management and/or coordinating requests in dynamic environments;
Experience organizing workflows, managing demands and tracking deadlines;
Advanced knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Threads);
Proficiency with digital performance metrics and reporting;
Ability to analyze data and develop evidence-based strategies;
Excellent writing skills and command of language tailored to different audiences and channels;
Familiarity with SEO, paid promotion and social listening is a plus;
Experience with generative AI and tools that support content creation and analysis.
