About this role
Role Overview
As part of the Communications Department, you will join Veepee’s Internal Communication & Editorial team.
You will be specifically responsible for helping to highlight employee-related initiatives, whether key HR information, internal programs, development activities, or cross-functional projects focused on engagement, company culture and CSR.
Working alongside a project manager, you will independently take ownership of an internal communications scope with a strong employee focus, liaising with various business stakeholders (including HR teams), while also contributing to the organization of internal events and activities.
Your role will combine coordination, editorial production, visual design and operational project management.
Requirements
Student at Master level (Bac+4/5) in communication, HR, business school or equivalent.
Strong interest in internal communication, employee experience and employee-impact projects (HR development, engagement, inclusion, culture…).
Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics in plain language.
Very good command of Canva and/or desktop publishing (DTP) tools.
Organized, rigorous, able to prioritize and work autonomously.
Strong interpersonal skills: coordinating, taking briefs, regular interactions with various business functions.
Creative, curious, proactive and comfortable with digital tools.
Fluent English required.
