Implementation Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Creation of presentations and reports for clients
• Review of subjective and objective operational information
• Facilitate client workshops and interviews
• Write user stories and use cases
• Analysis of client financial and operational data
• Work with client to perform business process modeling activities
• Work on new software implementation projects

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of business analysis experience
• Strong experience following BA frameworks and methodologies
• Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills
• Experience meeting with stakeholders to define requirements
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, follow through on tasks, and move projects forward
• Experience coordinating UAT, support system testing, and assisting with go-live activities (preferred)
• Change management experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Insurance industry experience (preferred)
