About this role
Role Overview
Provide high-quality customer service in French and English via calls, chats and emails
Handle inquiries, record interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with an international team and contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements
Native French speaker or fluent in French, with a minimum English level of B2
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-service mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work remotely from Athens, or willingness to relocate and work on-site if you are coming from abroad
EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
