Process Excellence plays a strategic leadership role in driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainable change across Rockwell Automation's Business Segments.
This position leads a team of Business Process and improvement Leads and collaborates with partners to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer and employee experience.
The manager oversees process mapping, playbook development, and digitization initiatives, while encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Maintain Business Process Maps and Playbooks to visualise workflows and document best practices.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
Apply BPMN 2.0 standards for process documentation and improvement.
Manage multiple cross-functional projects from scope definition to execution and control.
Develop project plans, identify risks, and ensure delivery of business outcomes.
Guide change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process enhancements.
Measure project results and communicate impact using clear metrics.
Build relationships across departments to align priorities and gain support for programmes.
Facilitate workshops and engage SMEs to gather insights and foster innovation.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Champion digital transformation plans that support infrastructure and managed services.
Promote innovative thinking and challenge the status quo to improve.
Use automation and data visualisation tools to enhance decision-making and transparency.
Requirements
Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project management and process improvement roles.
Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Expertise in process mapping, BPMN 2.0, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. across all organizational levels.
Experience in change management within large, multi-stakeholder environments.
Proficiency in tools like Miro, Visio, SAP Signavio, Smartsheet, and MS Office Projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management platforms.
Knowledge of Lifecycle Services processes (e.g., Proposals, Order Management, Delivery, Managed Services).
