Role Overview
- Develop deep familiarity with M7’s product, system architecture, and underlying data models
- Investigate real production issues reported by internal teams
- Use SQL and internal tooling to analyze data inconsistencies
- Resolve issues directly when possible
- Provide engineers with clear reproduction steps and data analysis
- Identify document, and communicate temporary workarounds
- Track recurring issues and contribute insights for product improvements
- Document common issues and resolutions
Requirements
- Recent graduates or early-career engineers
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Curiosity about how systems work end-to-end
- Comfortable working with data and interested in SQL
- Clear reasoning about system behavior
- Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical partners
