Plan, organize, and manage several request for proposals (RFPs) of varying complexity, priority, and risk
Lead and project manage the RFP process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Utilize strong project leadership and relationship skills to pull in the correct information and subject matter expertise for RFP questions
Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling based on solicitation-specified requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred but additional experience in lieu of degree may substitute
At least 6 years of experience working in group employee benefits from the insurance vendor or broker side of the business
At least 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/Procurement solicitation/sourcing contracts
At least 2 years of stakeholder management experience with a preference given to those who have provided support to sales teams
