Lead enterprise customer implementations from onboarding through go-live
Develop and manage end-to-end implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation, building trusted relationships with enterprise customers
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely go-lives and reduced time-to-first-value
Guide customers through data Kick-off/onboarding, data requirements, validation, and integration
Act as the technical liaison between customer-facing teams and offshore product development and implementation/technical support teams
Maintain and improve implementation knowledge base articles, SOPs, and educational resources
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant discipline
5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, healthcare technology, or healthcare SaaS
Experience working with Health Plans, Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Management Service Organizations (MSOs), and/or value-based care programs
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to data validation and integration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Hand-on working experience in data analysis using UNIX and MYSQL
Willingness to collaborate with international teams as needed and work in extended office hours
