Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address questions, concerns, and service requests.
Assist customers with payments, renewals, cancellations, and other policy-related needs.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and service standards.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
At least 2 years or more Customer Service Experience (BPO setup)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
Customer service experience required, insurance industry experience is a plus.
Good organizational skills.
Team-oriented, dependable, and professional.
Ready for full time position and flexible to shifting schedule.
