Role Overview
- Preparation, review and management of tender documents, contracts and scope of work/specifications
- Conduct market analyses and select suitable service providers and suppliers
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and service providers
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies
- Evaluate bids and prepare decision documents
- Prepare and analyze quantity take-offs (mass calculations); determine quantities, services and values in close collaboration with technical management
