PMP Certification
Understanding of information assurance, cybersecurity, privacy policies, disciplines, and methodologies
Understanding of Federal initiatives in artificial intelligence, quantum encryption, cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, and Zero Trust
Understanding of Federal Information Security Modernization Act 2014 (FISMA) and reporting structure
Understanding of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
Understanding of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) implementation
Understanding of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education, National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, and Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, Federal Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Act of 2015
Ability to work with customers to assess needs, assist, resolve problems, satisfy expectations; knows products and services
Understanding of Department of Justice CSAM application reporting and controls management (Common, Hybrid, and System-specific)

Experience with establishing and managing Agile continuous delivery and continuous improvement environments, federal contract projects, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Understanding of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and performance
Ability to facilitate workshops that foster business buy-in and drive solutions that meet business needs and adhere to DOT strategies
