Lead the development and execution of the annual and long-term marketing strategy for Trauma UK & Northern Europe.
Partner with Country Leadership and Sales teams to define priorities, support commercial execution and strengthen customer engagement.
Drive market analysis, competitive insights, key differentiators, launches and lifecycle management for the Trauma portfolio.
Budgetary management of marketing activities, understanding of P&L.
Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, institutions, key customers, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.
8+ years of work experience is required, of which a significant portion is in fields such as international Marketing, Product/Brand Management, Sales etc. within industries such as MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related.
Experience in managing or coaching/mentoring teams is required (2+ years is preferred).
Ability to accurately and effectively lead/manage (marketing) projects to ensure timely outcomes, business performance and growth.
Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills – with fluency in spoken and written English.
You are a sophisticated collaborator and networker capable of leveraging these strengths and relationships effectively within a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from different markets and cultures.
Strong strategic-thinking, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
You have a valid driver’s license and you are flexible to travel in the region as this position involves sales support and customer interaction.
Travel: up to 50%.
Orthopaedics/Trauma experience is not mandatory, but it would be an advantage.
MBA is preferred.
