Responsible for the user experience across all our online sales platforms and booking/tracking systems.
Work primarily upstream in projects, during discovery and scoping phases.
Identify the right problems to solve, understand user and business needs, and guide product decisions before development.
Collaborate with business teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and derive actionable insights.
Structure product problems and formalize hypotheses to test.
Identify risks, areas of uncertainty, and UX attention points early in the project.
Challenge business requests and propose the most relevant solutions in line with product objectives.
Ensure the quality and clarity of scoping deliverables (user journeys, prototypes, documentation).
Work with designers to help create useful, simple, and coherent experiences.
Test prototypes with users and iterate based on results.
Monitor the real impact of solutions in production and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager on discovery assignments, ideally in e-commerce or online travel, and proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro or equivalents).
Higher education in digital project management with a UX/UI sensibility.
Proficiency in one or more prototyping tools to quickly materialize concepts (e.g., Figma or equivalent).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with rigor and attention to detail.
Attention to detail and a strong user-centric mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional development teams.
Autonomy, proactivity and a strong sense of initiative.
Curiosity and a passion for innovation and new technologies.
Comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and digital inclusion best practices is a strong plus!
