Provide first-level support to customers and prospects by registering and redirecting inquiries or complaints.
Manage customer orders: Maintain and update customer databases and price lists. Review orders and ensure accurate data entry.
Serve as a point of contact for external customers and DOGA subsidiaries: Respond to inquiries, process quote requests, and provide basic technical information.
Assist in resolving issues such as delivery delays or payment follow-ups.
Perform document management tasks: organize records, classify and archive documentation.
Support opportunity and project tracking: Assist in CRM maintenance and follow-up of open opportunities and GIDs.
Requirements
CFGM/S in International Trade, Administrative Management, or similar.
Over 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector.
Advanced level of English is essential.
Knowledge of SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
