support the design, execution, and optimization of HR programs across HR Function within the organization
drive HR process automation, policy governance, benefits analysis, and data-driven decision-making while partnering closely with Business, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Operations teams
play a key role in scaling people's processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling consistent employee experience in a fast-paced, on-site setup
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in HR Program Management, HR Operations, or People Success roles
Prior exposure to BPO / Contact Center / operations-driven environments preferred
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
Strong proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Power BI, Advanced Excel)
Working knowledge of HR process automation and RPA tools
Sound understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced on-site setup
