Facilitating high-speed deal cadences through sessions, checkpoints, and executive reviews, ensuring efficient, informed decisions for technical and commercial teams.
Facilitating collaboration among Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Finance, Operations, and external partners to define scope, tradeoffs, and scaling strategies for customers.
Identifying risks, gaps, and cross-team issues, ensuring follow-through and resolution instead of merely reporting concerns or challenges.
Removing obstacles across technical, commercial, and organizational areas while ensuring clear executive visibility into pursuit status, risks, and critical decisions.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in program management, strategic deal operations, or enterprise cloud infrastructure environments
Excel at bringing order to ambiguity, quickly understanding complex stakeholder landscapes and creating simple, effective structures for getting work done.
Align people, decisions, and information effectively to connect and amplify efforts, driving opportunities forward without doing all tasks independently.
Executive communication skills and comfort operating in high-visibility environments
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
