The Assistant Electrical Manager will play a key role in the pre-construction phase, helping to estimate project costs, coordinate bids with subcontractors, and ensure the feasibility of electrical systems and controls.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related discipline) is preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Equivalent years of related experience will be considered in place of a technical degree.
Pursuit of an MBA or related business qualification is desirable.
Prior experience in construction estimating or project management is preferred but not required.
Electrical Candidates – Experience with electrical distribution systems, controls, lighting, power generation, process engineering, electrical design, single line diagrams, or construction management is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with estimating software is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
