Partner with Fidelity business stakeholders to understand their key business drivers and business requirements
Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
Perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure technology investments are strategically aligned
Convert business requirements into actionable delivery plans
Identify and manage risks and dependencies
Implement delivery plans through quarterly planning and backlog management
Manage product backlogs using collaborative tools including JIRA and Confluence
Lead team refinement sessions to ensure user stories are clear and ready for sprint planning
Ownership of user story sign-off, ensuring delivery meets requirements and passes all tests

At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field
Five (5) years experience as a Systems Analyst
Financial services industry knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with various tools that assist in analysis and testing including SQL Developer, Insomnia, Kafka
Offset Explorer, and Datadog
Familiarity with modern AI tools and their application in Systems Analysis is desirable
Experience working in an Agile environment that uses the Scrum Methodology
