The Client Insights Analyst is a key member of the Client Insights team, responsible for owning client engagement, driving adoption, and delivering strategic insights using Comscore’s syndicated data products.
You will act as a trusted partner to clients, translating Comscore data into actionable insights while collaborating closely with Commercial, Client Services, and internal product teams.
Lead the pulling, analysis, and validation of data for assigned client accounts.
Develop high‑quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word.
Own proactive client engagement for assigned accounts, using data insights to guide conversations and identify value opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a 3 or 4‑year college or university, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field
4–6 years of relevant work experience in Client Insights, Client Servicing, Client Success, Analytics, or Research
Prior experience in the Publishing, Media, Advertising, or Digital Analytics industry is required
Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and Power BI
Comfortable with internet technologies, digital platforms, and a basic understanding of how online measurement works
Proven ability to build strong client relationships, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively in a remote, global environment
