Review, analyze, and interpret customer RFQ documents to identify commercial, technical, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate cross‑functional input (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance) to develop accurate and competitive customer proposals.
Prepare and submit customer quotations to meet established timelines and commercial strategy.
Track outstanding RFQs and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.
Review customer Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with proposal details, pricing, terms, and contract conditions.
Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and customers.
Maintain accurate documentation for all customer orders and program records.
Work with the Commercial Program Manager to support forecasting processes for upcoming customer programs.
Maintain forecasting tools, dashboards, or reports to ensure visibility of demand, revenue, and resource needs.
Assist in preparing program reviews, customer presentations, and internal status updates.
Partner with supply chain, finance, engineering, and operations to support program execution and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Support the Commercial Program Manager with data analysis and reporting for decision-making.
Help identify process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of commercial program activities.

Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience in commercial analysis , business analysis, finance or a similar role .
Proficiency in Excel , experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similiar ) is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP , Salesforce)
Advanced level of English
