Act as the primary commercial and strategic contact for marketplace partners;
Monitor, analyze and present channel performance indicators (GMV, orders, average ticket (AOV), margin, share, conversion and visibility);
Prepare analytical reports, dashboards and executive presentations with critical insight and clear communication of results;
Identify growth opportunities based on data, market trends and consumer behavior;
Define and execute commercial strategies, promotional campaigns and activations by partner;
Negotiate commercial deals, promotional activities and counterparty commitments with a focus on ROI, competitiveness and profitability;
Oversee the full operational cycle, from product integration to sales effectiveness;
Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, technology and finance;
Build comparative analyses and strategic recommendations to support decision-making;
Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency and analytical quality for the area.

Bachelor's degree (completed);
Solid experience with marketplace IN and/or OUT (mandatory);
Experience in digital commercial strategies and partner negotiation;
Strong analytical capability, mastery of KPIs and experience building business cases;
Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with skills in reporting and executive presentations;
Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or similar;
Comfortable with data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making;
Intermediate English is a plus.
