Requirements
You’re fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
3+ years of success in sales/closing deals, ideally in SaaS B2B (MarTech is preferred).
You understand sales processes and adapt to both complex and fast-paced sales cycles.
Proficiency in using CRM/Tech stack to help accelerate your pipeline management efforts.
You take the time to understand customer needs, communicate clearly, and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
You welcome feedback, adapt quickly, and contribute to the development of new systems and processes.
You’re genuinely interested in people and motivated to help them achieve their goals.
Adaptable and productive in a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
