About this role

Own end-to-end execution of operational and service delivery projects.
Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery frameworks.
Ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Coordinate work across Ops, Product, Engineering, Support, and external partners.
Manage dependencies, blockers, and tradeoffs.
Drive accountability and clarity across stakeholders.
Ensure delivery processes meet customer expectations and service standards.
Monitor delivery performance metrics and resolve issues quickly.
Provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders on delivery progress.
Track risks, escalations, and resolution plans.
Document outcomes, learnings, and best practices.
Improve delivery workflows, tools, and repeatable playbooks.

4–8+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or operations roles.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery in fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing timelines, execution, and performance metrics.
Bias toward action and operational excellence.
Experience in marketplaces, logistics, or on-demand service environments.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or product delivery workflows.
Experience working with both technical and operational teams.
