Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, risk, or credit analysis will be considered an asset.
Proficiency in English and French will be considered an asset.
Deep understanding of financial statements and market trends to build presentations.
Proactive, self-driven approach with accountability for managing projects from inception to completion.
Passionate team player with discipline to deliver results independently.
Ability to identify inconsistencies in complex datasets and investigate the reasons behind them.
