Act strategically and consultatively in the commercial development of the FIDC (Receivables Investment Fund), structuring and negotiating financial transactions with medium and large companies.
Actively prospect companies that fit the company's portfolio, managing the full sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal and closing;
Analyze risks, balance sheets and financial documents, contributing to credit assessment and deal structuring;
Build consultative relationships with decision-makers (C-levels, CFOs, Controllers) aimed at client retention and recurring business;
Negotiate with margin and strategic considerations, ensuring a balance between deal volume, risk and return;
Monitor the market and competitors, generating commercial intelligence and identifying business opportunities;
Collaborate with risk, credit and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention;
Present periodic metrics and results, focusing on acquisition targets, active portfolio and revenue;
Take a proactive leadership role, contributing ideas to improve products, processes and commercial strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Negotiation skills
Results-oriented
Expertise in structuring financial operations: FIDC, securitization, corporate credit or similar
Advanced knowledge of working capital, receivables financing and corporate cash flow
Analytical ability for risk assessment and interpretation of financial statements
Experience with B2B clients with annual revenue above R$ 30 million
Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems
