- Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders

- Document as-is and to-be process maps
- Work with the quality assurance team to ensure testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical support
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate requirements into user stories
- Strong problem-solving, process analysis, and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
