They are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a payroll-focused initiative, requiring strong documentation skills and the ability to translate business processes into clear requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and document current-state payroll workflows, translating SME knowledge into clear, build-ready requirements
- Define and document variance threshold rules and checklist logic in collaboration with internal payroll stakeholders
- Develop functional and technical requirements for: Variance Detection, Checklist Validation and Case Management
- Track project progress, maintain status reporting, and communicate updates to executive stakeholders
- Coordinate UAT efforts and support pilot close activities
- Create SOPs and runbooks to support operational handoff
Requirements:
- Strong business analysis experience including requirements gathering, process documentation, and use case definition
- Project management experience including milestone tracking, risk logging, and stakeholder communication
- Technical fluency with the ability to work closely with engineers and translate between business and technical teams
- Experience within payroll, HR, or PEO environments
- Experience working on API-driven or automation-focused projects
