Develop deep knowledge across various areas of the company;
Prospect and win over large private colleges;
Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in the education sector;
Understand each manager's pain points and motivations; identify market opportunities and product improvements to better serve large colleges;
Maintain up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce);
Develop creative initiatives to engage all colleges throughout the sales funnel;
Conduct negotiations, often involving the financial aspects of the college.
Requirements
Ability to conduct negotiations transparently, firmly, and with integrity;
Clear, structured, and effective communication;
Familiarity with and management of the sales funnel;
Willingness and high energy for travel; open to being assigned to support clients anywhere in Brazil;
