Role Overview
- Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Perform litigation management and outside counsel management.
- Partner with in-house client teams to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and corporate litigation matters
Requirements
- 8-12 years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment
- The ability to work remotely full time for corporate clients on a contract basis helping to resolve in-house litigation matters
- Active bar license in the state in which you reside
