Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including non-standard agreements submitted by mid
and large-sized clients.
Provide direct support to business areas (especially Commercial and Product), delivering advisory legal support to enable strategies and close deals.
Contribute to structuring and adapting standard contracts, tracking changes in products, offerings, and commercial strategies.
Assess and negotiate sensitive clauses (liability, risks, regulatory obligations, SLAs, penalties), with guidance from more senior legal team members when needed.
Operate in a high-volume contract environment, ensuring organization, prioritization, and timely delivery.
Support tracking of operational metrics for the area (contract volume, timelines, bottlenecks, and internal SLAs).

Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar) registration.
Practical experience with commercial contracts, especially in negotiation contexts.
Previous experience in startups, fintechs, payment institutions, or companies of a similar size to Flash.
Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
Organized, agile, and able to prioritize effectively.
