Support both operational and technical execution of livestream sessions across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Work closely with Hosts, Production, Social KAM teams to ensure each livestream session runs smoothly and delivers optimal performance.
Set up and prepare livestream rooms before each session.
Arrange products, samples, devices, and livestream tools according to the plan.
Support livestream hosts during live sessions: Pin products and manage live cart; Remind hosts of deal timing, promotions, and key points; Monitor live chat and flag issues to the team.
Follow livestream run-downs, scripts, and checklists provided by the team.
Report issues during livestream for internal teams.
Support basic technical setup for livestreams: Operate OBS at a basic level (scene switching, checking sources); Set up cameras with correct angles and basic focus; Check microphones, lighting, and internet connection before & during going live.
Monitor livestream quality during sessions (video, audio, stability).
Ensure livestream technical setup complies with platform requirements and brand standards.
Assist with simple troubleshooting during livestreams under guidance.
Support post-live tasks such as: Tidy up the room, and neatly arrange samples; Save recordings; Collect & report performance data.
Requirements
Final-year student majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Media, Communication, IT, Multimedia, or related fields, with the ability to provide an official internship endorsement letter from the university
Able to commit to a 6-month internship period.
Strong interest in livestreaming and social commerce
Detail-oriented with good organization and task management
Eager to learn new knowledge, tools, systems, and workflows quickly.
Available for evening and weekend shifts
Basic understanding or interest in: Livestream platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada), OBS, and livestream tools
Hands-on and responsible: can handle repetitive tasks with consistency and reliability.
Eager to learn and open to feedback.
Calm and focused during live sessions
Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable supporting multiple team members or ad-hoc requests.
Positive attitude and energy, enjoys a fast-paced, result-driven work environment.
Fluency in English is a plus.
